WHAT THIS SURFACE IS
fyzygy.com is a directory for the Fyzygy family of products. It has no accounts.
WHAT THE DIRECTORY DOES NOT DO
The directory does not ask a visitor to sign in or to provide any information. It sets no cookie of any kind. It does not track a visitor across other companies' websites and builds no advertising profile of a visitor.
SERVER LOGS
The directory's web server keeps ordinary access logs, which include the IP address of the requesting device, the page requested, and the time. They are kept for one year at minimum, because the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025 prescribe that as a minimum, and are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults, not to build any profile.
WHO PROCESSES DATA FOR US, AND WHERE
The site is served by Vercel. Vercel keeps the access logs described above, as our processor under a written agreement. Those logs may be held on servers outside India.
NO MEASUREMENT
The directory performs no measurement of how it is used. It places no identifier on a visitor's device. The only record of a visit is the ordinary server access log described above.
THE PRODUCTS HAVE THEIR OWN NOTICES
Each product processes personal data under its own privacy notice: Fyzygy Conductor at conductor.fyzygy.com, Fyzygy Shelf at shelf.fyzygy.com, and the account centre at account.fyzygy.com. The account centre is the home for data-protection rights across the products.
CHILDREN
The directory has no accounts, asks for nothing, and has no way to know a visitor's age. The only record it keeps is the server access log described above, which treats every visitor alike. The products are adults-only, with an age gate that declines anyone under eighteen at signup.
YOUR RIGHTS
A visitor whose IP address appears in the server logs has rights over that personal data, including access, correction and erasure, subject to the retention the law requires for the security and abuse-prevention purposes above. A visitor exercises those rights by contacting the Grievance Officer, and may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. Rights relating to a product account are exercised in the account centre and within that product.
CHANGES
We will update this notice as the directory and the law change, and will make material changes visible before they take effect.
