OUR POSITION

The company operates an adults-only service, with an age gate that declines anyone under eighteen at signup, and does not permit any child sexual abuse or exploitation material or conduct anywhere on its products. This page states that position for the Fyzygy family as a whole.

WHAT FYZYGY.COM IS

fyzygy.com is a directory for the Fyzygy family of products. It has no accounts and collects no personal data. The products, each with its own site, are Fyzygy Conductor at conductor.fyzygy.com, Fyzygy Shelf at shelf.fyzygy.com, and the account centre at account.fyzygy.com. Each product carries its own child-safety page.

THE PROHIBITION

The prohibition on any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child applies across every product in the Fyzygy family.

HANDLING

Where such material is found or reported anywhere on the company's products, the company will remove it from public view immediately and preserve only what is required as evidence for legal process, will report it to the appropriate authorities, and will cooperate with law enforcement. Records of such matters are kept even after an account is deleted, as the law requires.
